I recieved an e-mail from a manager the next day, apologizing for my inconvenience, and stating that she would put a whole bunch of coupons in the mail for me. Well, I recieved the coupons today, they were very generous, and must say I am very pleasantly surprised and grateful to Kimberly Clarke, thanks! I guess a few other "bigger" companies could learn a lot about customer service from these guys. Cheers, Hello again,
